Does the hotel have parking?

Private parking is available 200 meters from the hotel at the Piazza Dateo multi-storey car park (reservation not required). The cost is €3 for the first hour and €2.60 for subsequent hours, up to a maximum of €30 for 24 hours.

Payable upon pick-up.

Or free public street parking is available near the hotel, from 7:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Is it possible to check in before 2:00 pm?

Since all check-outs are possible by 11:00 AM on the day of departure, we cannot guarantee this request as we need time for cleaning.

We will do our best based on availability on the day of arrival. Please note that luggage storage is always available.

Can i leave my luggage after checkout?

Free luggage storage is always available for our guests.

What time are check-in and check-out?

Check-in is available from 2 p.m. Check-out is by 11 a.m.
If you want to take one last tour of Milan on the day of check-out, you can leave your luggage at reception free of charge.

Which credit cards do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, Diners. The hotel reserves the right to verify the validity of the credit card provided to guarantee the booking by requesting a pre-authorisation equal to the amount of the first night. Please ensure that you have entered the cardholder's first and last name, credit card number and expiry date correctly when making your booking. In the event of invalid details or a declined pre-authorisation, the booking will be automatically cancelled without prior notice. Please also check that the credit card expiry date is after your departure date

Is tourist tax included in the rate?

The tourist tax is not included in the room rate but must be paid on site.

Do you have a wi-fi internet connection?

Of course, fast Wi-Fi is free throughout the hotel.

What are the cancellation terms?

Each rate and offer has its own cancellation terms. We recommend that you carefully review the conditions during the booking process.

What are the conditions of stay?

Access to the floors is only permitted after registering at reception. If you do not have a valid ID document upon arrival, the hotel has the right to refuse your stay. Please note that, in accordance with Italian law, it is mandatory to present a valid ID document for all age groups (adults, children, infants). For Italian citizens, we accept driving licences, identity cards and passports (health cards are not valid); for European Union citizens, identity cards and passports; for citizens from countries outside the European Union, only passports. Furthermore, Italian law requires that children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by their parents. If accompanied by only one parent, a copy of a valid identity document of the absent parent must be presented at check-in, together with a declaration of consent to the stay, signed by the absent parent. If the minor is travelling with persons other than their parents/legal guardians, a copy of a valid identity document of both absent parents must be presented at check-in, together with a declaration of consent to the stay signed by both parents/legal guardians.

What is the maximum capacity of the rooms?

For safety reasons, the maximum capacity for each room type cannot be exceeded, as per regulations. Infants (aged 0-2 years) stay free of charge in a cot (one cot per room is allowed, except for Small Double rooms). The hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation if the number of guests exceeds the maximum capacity of the room booked. If, at check-in, the number of guests exceeds the number of occupants declared at the time of booking, a supplement may be applied to the daily rate, subject to the availability of a room type with sufficient capacity for the number of occupants (maximum four people and one infant in a cot).

May i smoke in the hotel?

Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas of the hotel (Art. 51 Law No. 3 of 16/01/03 and Prime Ministerial Decree of 23/12/03). We offer a small outdoor smoking area adjacent to the bar.

What is the voltage in the hotel?

The hotel's voltage is 220V, in accordance with European standards.

Do you accept pets?

We also love our little four-legged friends, so we accept small pets with owners who are respectful and polite towards others. The only rule is that dogs cannot be left alone in the room.

How to get to the dateo hotel from the central train station

By bus (economical):

    Take bus line 92 from Central Station (stop in Via Tonale) towards Lodi MM, then get off at the Archimede stop. The Hotel Dateo is opposite the stop (14 minutes).

By train (Passante Ferroviario):

     Go to Milano Repubblica station (a short walk from Centrale station) and take a train on line S5 or S6 towards Dateo. ( 20 Minutes ) 

On foot:

    You can also walk, but it will take about 33 minutes to cover the 2.8 km.

How to get to the dateo hotel from linate airport

From Linate Airport, take Metro Line 4 and get off at the fifth stop (Dateo). The hotel is located at the metro exit on Via Archimede.

How to get to the hotel dateo from malpensa airport (mpx)

From Malpensa Airport Train Station (Terminals 1 or 2), take the Malpensa Express train to Milano Bovisa Politecnico or Milano Centrale

From Milano Bovisa Politecnico:

   Change to the suburban railway (Passante Ferroviario) S-Line that    goes toward Dateo station.
Get off at Dateo — this is right by the hotel entrance

From Milano Centrale, you can:

  Take bus 92 toward Lodi M3 and get off at Piceno / Archimede, right by the hotel.
